In April of 2004 an agreement was signed between Intech Systems of Tallahassee Inc and Mark W. Prasek divesting Intech's internet operations to Mark W. Prasek (Mark Prasek being one of the partners of Intech at that time and now the founder of By His Grace Ministies Inc). That same agreement also redeemed Mark Prasek's stock in Intech.
Approximately 1 year later, an email was received from the President of Intech making claims to the effect that the domain name 'byhisgrace.com' was not included in the agreement.
Since both parties are making claim to the domain name 'byhisgrace.com', it seems that this matter will have to be determined in court. While the purpose, intent, and understanding that led to the agreement was to transfer all internet operations from Intech to Mark Prasek, it will probably be up to a judge to determine if the language of the agreement specifically conveyed ownership of the domain name 'byhisgrace.com' from Intech to Mark Prasek.
As a interim measure, the domain name 'byhisgrace.cc' has been registered to Mark Prasek and any website using the domain name 'byhisgrace.com' has been steered to this location.
